Currently wondering if it's possible to over-read. Trying to take a break from reading as much because I think it's really easy for me to fall into fictional worlds when I struggle dealing with and living in my own.

It is absolutely possible. Oddly, writing about life on here tends to make me appreciate it more. Pause in the moment, so to speak.
